The Powerpuff Girls

The Powerpuff Girls is an animated American television series. It is created by an animated called Craig McCracken. The Powerpuff Girls is produced by Cartoon Network Studios and is for Cartoon Network. The show is about three girls named Bubbles, Blossom, and Buttercup. The three girls are in kindergarten and have superpowers.

Their father, Professor Utonium, made them. He made them with sugar, spice, and everything nice, but Professor Utonium added another ingredient called “chemical X”. At that point the Powerpuff girls were born. They were dedicated to fighting crime. The Powerpuff girls are always getting called by the mayor for help in the town with their superpowers.

The Powerpuff Girls was originally developed in 1992. Before, this show was a short. The short was called Whoopass Stew. Later on, they changed the name to “The Powerpuff Girls” in 1995 and 1996.




Rugrats is an animated American television series. The word “Rugrat” is a slang word meaning “toddler”. Rugrats was created for Nickelodeon by Arlene Klasky, Gábor Csupó, and Paul Germain. Rugrats is about a group of toddlers going on adventures in the babies imaginations. There parents are never aware of what there doing.

By the parents never being aware of them, helps them because they get to explore more. On August 11, 1991, the series Rugrats premiered. The last episode aired on May 22, 1994. On 1997, Rugrats aired on television again with new episodes. On November 1998 “The Rugrats Movie” came out.

Later on they made another movie called Rugrats in Paris: The Movie. That movie came out in 2000. Rugrats final episode aired on June 8, 2004. With that, the whole Rugrats series had 172 episodes and 9 seasons in total.

Johnny Bravo


Johnny Bravo is an animated American television series. Johnny Bravo was for cartoon Network by Van Partible. Johnny Bravo is about muscular good-looking young man who tries to get this woman in love with him. Johnny has blonde hair with a pompadour hairstyle and has a voice like Elvis Presley. Johnny usually is getting beat up and ditched.

Johnny was originally part of a series of shorts of Cartoon Network’s animation showcase series, World Premiere Toons. World Premiere Toons is also known as “The What a Cartoon! Show.”  Seth MacFarlane, a writer for Johnny Bravo, went out and became famous on his own and wrote Family Guy. Butch Hartman was a writer and director for Johnny Bravo and also for The Fairly Odd Parents.

In India in 2009 a movie called Johnny Bravo Goes to Bollywood was aired. Also in the United Kingdom in August 2010 it was aired. Finally, in Australia on November 20, 2011, Johnny Bravo Goes to Bollywood aired. Johnny Bravo Goes to Bollywood was 70 minutes long in total.

Danny Phantom



Danny Phantom was an American animated television series. Danny Phantom was made by Butch Hartman for the channel Nickelodeon. Also, it was produced by Billionfold Studios. Danny Phantom was distributed by the same company who distributed The Fairly OddParents. Nelvana was a Canadian animation company.

The series premiere was on April 3, 2004. Danny Phantom ended on August 24, 2007. Danny Phantom had 3 seasons and had a total of 53 episodes. Danny Phantom is about a teenage boy named Danny Fenton. He goes to this school called Casper High School.

Danny had an accident which he went into a portal in between the supernatural world and the human world. That accident made him turn half ghost, half human. By him being a ghost, he saves his town which is getting attacked by ghosts. He tries to keep his ghost half a secret, but his best friends know, which are Tucker Foley and Samantha Manson.


My Life As A Teenage Robot


My Life as a Teenage Robot is an American animated science fiction television series. This show was made for Nickelodeon by Rob Renzetti. This animated science fiction fairy tale was Nickelodeon’s first one of this kind in this genre. This show is about a 17 year old female robot named Jenny Wakemanis made to come to earth to protect it. The person that made Jenny Wakeman is Nora Wakeman, her mother.

Jenny Wakeman is obsessed with all of the teenager activity in earth. Jenny wants to live a normal teenage life. She and her mother live in a town of Tremorton. Jenny and Nora’s best friends, Brad and Tuck Carbuckle live right next door to them. In school she has a lot of enemies like Brit and Tiff, the Crust Cousins, the popular girls in school, and this guy named Sheldon.

Sheldon is a nerd who is in love with Jenny, science, and robots. Jenny is always getting blackmailed by this robot empire, who it’s queen keeps telling Jenny to join their world of robots and if not then she’ll do it by force if she has to. Despite of all that, Jenny manages to maintain her human life on earth.


Bob The Builder


Bob the Builder is by Kieth Chapman. Bob the Builder is a children’s animated television show. This show is originally broadcast in the United Kingdom but its broadcast in many countries. Neil Morrissey, a English actor is the voice of Bob, the main character. “Can we fix it” is Bob’s catch phrase and so the other characters respond “Yes we can”.

Bob’s catch phrase is also the theme song of Bob the Builder, the show, which was a million-selling number in the United Kingdom. Bob the Builder is about a builder named Bob who builds things with the help of his friends. From 1999 to 2009, Bob the Builder was nominated in the BAFTA “Pre-school animation” category. In 2003, Bob the Builder won a nomination for “children’s animation” category with a special episode named “A Christmas to Remember”. Bob the Builder was parodied many times.

Conflict resolution, co-operation, socialization and various learning skills, are all emphasizes in the show. Bob and his friends help with construction, renovations, and repairs as well as other projects that they face.  Bob, Wendy, various neighbors, friends, their gang (work-vehicles), and equipment are all made of clay in the show.

Higglytown Heroes


Higglytown Heroes was on Disney Junior and it was a children’s television series. Well, to be clear Higglytown Heroes was an animated series, children’s television series. On some cable networks it was aired on Playhouse Disney. The Higglytown Heroes theme song “Here in Higglytown” was performed by They Might Be Giants. On March 23, 2012 Higglytown Heroes returned to Disney Junior on cable and satellite channels replacing SOAPnet.

The characters in this show explore their city and interact with the people in it. Along the way, they meet “Higglytown heroes”. Higglytown heroes are people who make their community a better place for everyone. Eubie, Wayne, Twinkle, Kip, and Fran were the main characters in Higglytown Heroes and there was this red squirrel that always followed them everywhere. Oh, and there is also this Pizza Guy that was mostly on every episode.

Higglytown Heroes have ranged from firefighters to dentists to snow plow operators. The voice actors from Higglytown Heroes are guest celebrities. The show is about involvement in the community. It means to inspire children to consider the importance of individuals who contribute to the world and make it better place. The show is also teaching kids about jobs and what they might want to be when they grow up.

The Magic School Bus


The Magic School Bus is an animated children’s television series and book series. The book series is by Bruce Degen and Joanna Cole. “Among the highest-rated PBS shows for school-age children” said the Broadcasting & Cable. The series still airs reruns on a variety of different TV networks worldwide. In 1994, The Magic School Bus was made into an animated series by Scholastic Studios.

Also on September 10th 1994,  the animated TV series, The Magic School Bus premiered. Forte says that adapting the books into an animated series was an opportunity to help kids “learn about science in a fun way”. The Magic School Bus was originally aired on PBS in the United States. The last of The Magic School Bus episode was aired on December 6, 1997.  The Fox network still gave repeated The Magic School Bus episodes from September 1998 to September 2002.

The Magic School Bus was still being aired on TV networks after December 6, 1997 and September 2002. The TV networks were Qubo, NBC, TLC, Discovery Kids, Pop Channel 4, CBC, and Kids’ CBC. However, now Qubo no longer carries The Magic School Bus in their programming lineup. The  theme song,  “Ride on the Magic School Bus” was written by  Peter Lurye. Also performed by rock ‘n’ roll legend Little Richard.

Curious George


Curious George is written by Hans Augusto Rey and Margret Rey. It is a series of popular children’s books. Curious George is about a brown monkey named George who is brought from his home from Africa by “The man with a yellow hat”. He comes to live with him in the big city. In 1941, the United Kingdom gave George the name Zozo. They called him Zozo because they didn’t want to use the name of their King, George VI, for a monkey.

The Curious George books were originally in French but were translated into many languages. The Curious George books are popular worldwide. Originally, Margret and H.A. Rey published seven “Curious George” books. However, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt has recently sold more Curious George books. In the early 1980’s, Curious George was made into a  series of animated TV films.

The Curious George animated TV films were produced and co-written by Alan Shalleck. In 1984, two stop-motion animated shorts were made of Curious George stories. “The man with the yellow hat” is a character in Curious George. He is the one that brought Curious George to the big city from his home, Africa. “The man with the yellow hat” often facilitates George’s adventures by taking him somewhere.

Little Bill

Little Bill is a children’s television show on Nick Jr. The stories are based on Bill Cosby’s “Little Bill” book series. Little Bill was developed through research and in consultation with a panel of educational consultants.The Little Bill book series were set in Philadelphia. Little Bill is a 5 year old inquisitive and imaginative boy who loves his hamster and is a fan of the fictional Blue Sox baseball team.
His actual name is Bill Jr but he is known as Little Bill. Also, Little Bill loves Captain Brainstorm because he always comes up with these amazing ideas. The name Bill is African American. Little Bill’s father is also named Bill. Little Bill is showing kids that they can make differences in the world.
Little Bill encourages children to value the love of their family, to increase self-esteem, and to develop social skills. Little Bill’s signature saying is “Hello Friend”. This saying was inspired by the Hello Friend/Ennis William Cosby Foundation. Little Bill is designed to help kids celebrate their everyday experiences and the people who share them. Well that’s the amazing Little Bill for you.
